Recruitment and selection process in our company consists of three stages and runs according to the chart below:
According to our needs as to personnel we form a specific job advertisement dedicated at people from inside and outside our company. Then we publish the job advertisement in appropriate media, usually electronic media (our website, job portals, etc.)
We read each received CV and CL very precisely. Afterwards, we invite the chosen candidates for an interview to our company. At these meetings we verify knowledge, competence and professional experience of interviewed candidates. Due to better identification of professional potential we use psychological and competence tests.
After verifying competence, experience and professional potential the decision regarding a meeting with a direct boss is made. This interview is the last stage of process and is decisive regarding employment. Once a candidate is given the job offer he/she is preliminary instructed concerning formal employment activities.
